§ Mr. Guy BarnettClass VI of Schedule 1 of the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1977 permits building or engineering operations requisite for the use of land for the purposes of agriculture, subject to certain limitations of size. The definition of agriculture includes
the breeding and keeping of livestock (including any creature kept for the production of food)".We are advised that fish farms producing fish for food come within this definition.
