§ Mr. HoramMaintenance of the tunnelling machine has been stopped since June 1976, there being no prospect of restarting the Channel Tunnel project during the machine's useful life. The machine has been advertised for sale but no offers to buy it have been received. Surplus equipment is now being offered for sale.
