§ Mr. HoramYes. The main contract commenced on 31st August 1977 and is expected to take two years to complete. Pedestrian facilities are being maintained over Western Avenue on both sides of the Greenford Road junction during the construction period. The facilities to the west of the junction, where the greater pedestrian flow occurs, include traffic signal control.
