§ Mr. MulleyI have reservations about this proposal, which, I understand, is no longer being pursued by the European Commission. The independent European Programme Group is the internationally recognised forum for dealing with questions of European collaboration on defence equipment and, therefore, provides the necessary basis for any common action by European countries on military aerospace programmes.
