asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (i) if he intends to seek to repeal the Incitement to Disaffection Act; and, if so, when;

(2) what studies have been made of the implications of the repeal of the Incitement to Disaffection Act or of the reform suggested by the Law Commission.
