§ Mr. Tebbitasked the Prime Minister if the matter of the loss of a file concerning the national insurance record of Mr. Norman Scott contained in the book "The Pencourt File" was amongst the matters which he described in his Answer, Official Report, 14th February, column 239, as having been thoroughly investigated.
