§ Mr. Russell Kerrasked the Prime Minister what changes have been made in the composition of the United Kingdom delegation to the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe.
§ The Prime MinisterI have appointed the hon. Member for Hastings (Mr. Warren) as a full Member in place of the hon. Member for Harborough (Mr. Farr). I have also appointed the hon. Member for Stroud (Mr. Kershaw) as a substitute Member.
