Mr. Dudley Smithasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what help he now proposes to extend to the tenants of the Orbit Housing Association in the Leamington Spa area who have electricity-only heating systems, in view of his Department's promise last November to investigate their problem.
§ Mr. FreesonFollowing consultation with my Department and the Housing Corporation, the Orbit Housing Association appointed consultants to consider and report on possible remedial measures. That report should be available early in March, and we will then consider proposals for remedial action the Association may submit in the light of the consultants' advice.
