§ Mr. Alfred MorrisImprovements in the wheelchair service are introduced from time to time as resources and technical developments permit. A more general examination followed the publication in February 1977 of the Report by the Office of Population Censuses and Surveys on wheelchairs and their users. In the light of this report a number of procedural changes were made. I announced yesterday, in reply to my hon.
