asked the Secretary of State for Transport how much has been spent by his Department on road maintenance in each of the last three years in the following constituencies: (a) Kings-wood, (b) Bristol, South-East, (c) Bristol, North-East, (d) Bristol, South, (e) Bristol, West and (f) Bristol, North-West.

About £100,000 on M5. Avon County Council is the highway authority for all other roads in the constituencies mentioned.
