§ Mr. Michael Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he has now had time to consider the recommendation of the Stevens Committee concerning secret proceedings at planning inquiries about which he wrote to the hon. Member for Salisbury on 14th October 1976.
§ Mr. MarksMy right hon. Friend is considering the Stevens Report in consultation with his colleagues and expects to publish a response to it later in the year. The recommendation to which the hon. Member refers will be covered in the response.
