§ Dr. SummerskillDuring the three years from 1974 to 1976 the Immigration Appeal Tribunal heard and determined 150 Home Office appeals. Of these 102—or 68 per cent.—were allowed and 48—or 32 per cent.—were dismissed. Figures for 1977 are not yet available.
