Mr. Onslow

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services when he now expects, pursuant to his reply to the hon. Member for Woking on 2nd December 1977, to be able to produce a substantive answer to the Question concerned.

I expect to receive a report from the Surrey Area Health Authority in the next few days and will write to the hon. Member as soon as I have considered it.
