§ Mr. Eyreasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what is the present position with regard to the review of ward boundaries within the area of the city of Birmingham district council; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. John:I understand that the Local Government Boundary Commission for England held a local meeting in January 1978 as part of its review of the electoral arrangements for Birmingham. It is not at present possible to say when we shall receive the Commission's final proposals.
