§ Mr. John Smith:An official delegation from the United Kingdom has recently been in Port of Spain for talks with the Government of Trinidad and Tobago at their invitation. Useful progress was made with a view to establishing a Government-to-Government understanding and I hope 570W to be able to make an early announcement.
