§ Mr. Les Huckfield:Overseas manufacturers investing in petrochemical plants in the United Kingdom are eligible for both the nationwide and, depending on where they are sited, the regional grants and incentives available generally to industry in the United Kingdom. While my right hon. Friend has no responsibility for the grants and financial incentives which may be available in other EEC countries, I have no reason to believe that those in the United Kingdom are any less effective.
