§ Mr. Lawsonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will estimate the turn-out nationally at each General Election since 1959 using the concept of persons entitled to vote in the same way as it is to be used in calculating the turn-out in the devolution referendums for Scotland and Wales.
