§ Mr. Joel BarnettThe available information on tax revenues does not distinguish the amounts paid by private industry from the amounts paid by other sectors. Estimates of taxes on income and capital paid by the institutional sectors distinguished in the national accounts are available for calendar years and are published in the National Income and Expenditure Blue Book but comparable figures are not available for taxes on expenditure.
