§ Mr. George Gardinerasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will issue guidance as to whether the provision of council houses for nomadic families who wish to be housed in an area could constitute adequate provision under the Caravan Sites Act 1968, and so qualify that area for designation as one to which section 10 of that Act should apply.
