§ Mr. Fordasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will use his discretion under the Community Land Act to allow the transfer of the freehold of a piece of land from Bradford metropolitan district council to the university of Bradford, as described in the council's letter dated 5th December addressed to him in view of the urgent needs of the university.
