§ Mr. Cyril Smithasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what representations he has made to the Soviet authorities to allow Misha Voikhansky to join his mother in the United Kingdom.
§ Mr. Tomlinson:The Government have repeatedly raised Misha Voikhansky's 87W case with the Soviet authorities, in the context of the family reunification provisions of the Helsinki Final Act, and will continue to do so.
