HC Deb 08 December 1978 vol 959 c204W
Mr. Wigley

asked the Secretary of State for Wales how many of the statutory instruments made jointly by Departments including the Welsh Office during the parliamentary Session 1977–78 will come under the auspices of the proposed Welsh Assembly; and if he will arrange for a list of these to be placed in the Library.

Mr. Alec Jones:

I estimate that about 25 of the joint instruments would, in whole or in part, have fallen within the responsibility of the Welsh Assembly had the provisions of the Wales Act 1978 been in force during 1977–78. I am arranging for a list to be placed in the Library.
