§ Sir Anthony Meyerasked the Secretary of State for Social Services when he proposes to make available a statement of the grounds on which the appeal of Mr. Roger Heath, of Bwythyn Gwyn, Ffordd Penrhwylfa, Prestatyn, against his classification as a self-employed person for insurance purposes, has been rejected.
§ Mr. Orme:A statement of grounds for my right hon. Friend's decision will be sent to Mr. Heath within the next two to three weeks. Everything possible is being done to expedite this matter.
