§ Mr. Tilleyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will explain the delay by his Department in signing the lease with the Greater London Council for the National Theatre musuem in the Covent Garden flower market.
§ Mr. Guy BarnettThe Department has recently received the draft lease terms from the Greater London Council and these are being considered. There are certain difficulties arising from the use to which the overhead accommodation is to be put and work arising from the adaptation of that accommodation.
