HL Deb 07 December 1978 vol 397 c400WA
The Earl of GOSFORD

asked Her Majesty's Government:

What agreement has been reached regarding the exhibition "Art for Society" which was to be held at the Ulster Museum.

The MINISTER of STATE, NORTHERN IRELAND OFFICE (Lord Melchett)

The Ulster Museum and the Arts Council of Northern Ireland have agreed that this exhibition will be shown in the Arts Council gallery and the Ulster Museum galleries during December, at dates to be announced. The exhibition will be divided between the two galleries, but approximately three-quarters of the exhibition will be shown at the Ulster Museum.
