HC Deb 02 August 1978 vol 955 cc330-1W
Mr. Cledwyn Hughes

asked the Secretary of State for Wales whether the case of Mrs. Freda Hughes of Is y Twr, Llandesfan, Anglesey, an employee of the Gwynedd area health authority, details of which have been sent to him by the right hon. Member for Anglesey and which has been pending for over two years, will be considered urgently; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Alec Jones

This is a dispute between the Gwynedd area health authority, on the one hand, and Mrs. Hughes and the National Union of Public Employees, who have been representing her, on the other. I am aware of the delay in reaching a solution and the Welsh Office is ready, as in the past, to use its good offices.
