§ Mr. Gourlayasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what stage he has reached in his consideration of the representations made to him about radio transmissions in relation to developments at Moss Morran and Braefoot Bay.
Mr. MilanI sought the advice of the Health and Safety Executive on the representations on radio transmissions received in response to my letter of 29th March. I have now received the Health and Safety Executive's report and have placed a copy in the Library of the House together with the letter written to me by the director of the Health and Safety Executive on 27th July 1978.
I am sending copies of this report, together with the other representations received, to parties to the inquiry into the planning applications at Moss Morran and Braefoot Bay. I am inviting any of the parties who may wish to make representations or further representations to me on the issue of radio transmissions to do so by 4th September.
