§ Mr. Hugh D. BrownThe information is given in the table below. The capital expenditure allocation for the housing revenue account block in 1978–79 are not final figures. As my right hon. Friend indicated in his reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Glasgow, Pollok (Mr. White) on 25th April, he is prepared to look at the position of any local authority which has special difficulties in going ahead with necessary housing developments within its housing revenue account capital allocation. Sixteen authorities have already been assisted.—[Vol. 948, c. 540.]
