§ Mr. Arthur Lathamasked the Minister for the Civil Service (1) whether he will withdraw from the form of application for employment in Government service the question "Have you any relative by blood or marriage who is living or has lived in a country, having at the time of residence, a Communist Government?" or, alternatively, insert a similar question about fascist countries run by non-elected military juntas;
(2) whether he will withdraw from the form of application for employment in Government service the question "Have you at any time visited or resided in a country having, at the time of the visit or residence, a Communist Government?" or, alternatively, insert a similar question about fascist countries run by non-elected military juntas.
