§ Mr. GoldingYes. I am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that the special programmes board has decided that both registered and unregistered disabled school leavers can take up places in the youth opportunities programme at any time after leaving school. I very much welcome this decision. I understand that guidance to this effect will be issued as soon as possible to all those concerned with the operation of the programme.
