§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, in view of the almost daily reports of citizens from various countries of the Arab world being found guilty of shoplifting and other crimes, whether he will tighten up on the number of persons allowed to enter Great Britain from these countries.
