Mr. Goodlad

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish a table showing his latest estimate of the yield of rates in Cheshire; what proportion derives from (a) domestic properties, (b) industrial premises and (c) commercial premises; what are the comparable figures for each year from 1974–75; and what each figure would have had to have been exactly to have matched the rate of inflation in each year since 1974–75.
