§ 56. Mr. Neubertasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth 585W Affairs how many meetings of the Council of Ministers he has attended since assuming his present office; and on how many occasions since that date he had to send deputy Ministers to represent him.
§ Dr. OwenDetails of ministerial attendance at meetings of the Council of Ministers in 1977 are given in the White Papers on Developments in the European Communities (Command 6887) and (Command 7100). This year I have so far attended three meetings of the Foreign Affairs Council. At the April Foreign Affairs Council the United Kingdom was represented by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Trade and my hon. Friend the Minister of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs.
§ 60. Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when he next expects to attend a meeting of the EEC Council of Ministers.
