asked the Secretary of State for Trade if, in view of the "Amoco Cadiz" disaster, he will take steps to encourage the formation of an international task force to deal with emergencies of this nature with explosives and fire.

Mr. Clinton Davis

There are substantial difficulties and objections to dealing with such a casualty by these methods. However, we intend to study the possibilities further.
