HC Deb 24 April 1978 vol 948 c467W
Mr. William Ross

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what boundary has been agreed between the United Kingdom and the Irish Republic within the waters of Lough Foyle.

Mr. Judd

There has been no new agreement about a boundary between Northern Ireland and the Irish Republic which supersedes the provisions for the establishment of a boundary in the "Articles of Agreement for a Treaty between Great Britain and Ireland" of 1921.
