§ Mr. Ridleyasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what he expects to be the cost to the Revenue of the concessions announced in the Budget speech in relation to capital gains tax, both in 1978–79, and subsequent years.
§ Mr. Denzil Davies, pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 21st April 1978], gave the following information:
