§ Mrs. HartIn 1977–78 allocations were £709,000 to the joint funding scheme and £1,420,000 to the British volunteer programme. I estimate these as being 0.18 per cent. and 0.36 per cent. respectively of the total provision for official bilateral aid in that year.
