§ Mr. Gregor MacKenzieProspects in the wood-using industries in Scotland, as throughout Western Europe, are not significantly better than in 1976 and 1977, although the trade hopes for a slight upturn later this year as a result of the fall in mortgage interest rates and the Government's measures to aid the construction industry.
