§ Mr. MeacherThe Scotland Bill and the Wales Bill are concerned with the8W devolution of powers to Scotland and Wales respectively. A provision to extend to the English Tourist Board the power to undertake overseas promotion otherwise than on behalf of the British Tourist Authority would require separate legislation.
