asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what has been the increase in rents over the past five years on Housing Executive property.

Mr. Carter

Average rents of Housing Executive dwellings increased by £2.05 over the past five years to 31st March 1978. A further average increase of 55p per week will take effect from 3rd July 1978.
