§ Mr. FreesonStockport has applied for grant in aid of a number of projects under urban programme circular No. 17, but the resources available are heavily oversubscribed and I cannot today say which projects will be approved. We hope to make an announcement about summer holiday projects in a few days and about projects under the main phase of the circular in early June.
