§ Mr. Kilroy-Silkasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department on how many occasions since the present chairman of the board of visitors at Cardiff Prison was appointed she has visited Cardiff Prison other than on formal occasions.
§ Mr. Merlyn ReesThe chairman of the Cardiff board of visitors was appointed to that post on 1st January. She has visited the prison for three monthly meeting of the board, one adjudication, one rota visit under Prison Rule 96, and on three other occasions.
