§ Mr. Campbellasked the Secretary of State for Energy if he will make a statement about progress on the award of fifth round petroleum production licences.
§ Dr. Mabon, pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 23rd November 1977; Vol. 939, c. 767–8], gave the following further information:

No payments have been made as yet against this offer. These payments are additional to regional development grant for which the projects may qualify under Part I of the Act.
