§ Mr. RowlandsFull details of cases of sanctions breaking prior to 31st December 1977 are published in the 10th Report of the Security Council Committee established in pursuance of Resolution 253 of 1968, a copy of which is in the Library of the House. The countries we have named so far this year include some EEC member States. Details of notes sent to the United Nations remain confidential until they are published by the Sanctions Committee.
