§ Sir Anthony Royleasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when he expects to complete the discussions which have been continuing since the 20th January 1978 and reach a decision regarding the possibility of accepting a number of Vietnamese refugees at present in Hong Kong into the United Kingdom.
§ Mr. LuardI expect the discussions to be concluded shortly. The decision, of course, is for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Home Department.
