§ Mr. CarterInformation with regard to the sale of leases by the Craigavon Development Commission and the Department of the Environment for Northern Ireland is not available and can only be obtained at disproportionate cost.
The sale of leases by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive is, on the other hand, a day-to-day function of the Executive for which neither I nor any of my Departments have a direct responsibility.
