Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Attorney-General how many counsel appointed by him to represent the Department of Health and Social Services have 0 to one, one to three and three to five years' experience, respectively; and what quali fications those with less than one year's experience have which make them preferable to others with the same experience.
