asked the Attorney-General whether he will make a statement on the work of the Law Reform Committee.

The Attorney-General:

The Law Reform Committee has completed its examination of the law relating to the limitation of actions, and its Report was published on 15th September (Cmnd 6923). My noble and learned Friend has now asked the Committee to consider the following two subjects: (a) the law relating to the making and revocation of wills; (b) the existing statutory and other powers, rights and obligations of trustees and personal representatives in the light of existing conditions. Preliminary work on the first of these subjects has already been started; work on the second will be starting shortly.
