§ Mr. Biffenasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will place in the Library a copy of the proposals the Chairman of the Health and Safety Commission submitted to him on 28th October 1976 outlining the five-year programme of work.
§ Mr. John Grant:The five-year programme of work forms part of the Commission's first annual report which was published on 4th October 1977. I have placed a copy in the Library.
