§ Mr. Wallasked the Secretary of State for Defence what were the terms of the settlement of his Ministry's dispute with the Civil and Public Services Association in Gibraltar.
§ Dr. Gilbert:The terms of a proposed settlement are given in the report of a Board of Inquiry set up under the chairmanship of Professor G. S. Bain. Its recommendations are currently being considered.
